Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day with security to welcome members and register guests; It is our staff’s responsibility to remember you prefer coffee with cream, or that you hail from West Des Moines, to help you select a local restaurant.
Since we opened our doors to the Lodge of Ashworth, our primary focus is our members, helping our members with over-the-top guest services. Our members come in all shapes and sizes, some more active than others. It is our guest services that take care of every member no matter there needs. Need help getting to dinner? No problem, we are they to assist you. The Lodges guest service understands that members have good days along with bad days, it is up to us to get members active doing the smallest activities around the lodge! Come for a visit, and you will see our friendly staff.
